On the Home page you will find departments listed in the menu across the top of the page. Moving your cursor over a department causes it to be highlighted. Clicking on a department will transfer you to a new page with that department's product categories listed at the left of the page. Selecting one of these categories will take you through to the product range. Each product is showcased on its own individual card, clicking View Details on a product card will take you through to that product's details, additional photos etc.
Alternatively, you may also choose to Shop by Brand. This option is also available in the block-colored menu at the left of the page. Please note, you may return to the home page at any time by clicking on our logo at the top of every page.
When ready to purchase:
- Select the size, colour and quantity you desire.
- Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking 'add to cart'.
- The item will appear in your shopping cart at the top right of the page and your shopping list will appear on screen. Your shopping cart will always be visible wherever you are in our website so that you can keep track of your order.
- If an additional item/size is required, repeat the above steps and it will be added to your cart.
- You can remove any item from your shopping list at any time by clicking on 'item' in your cart. This will bring your list back up on screen. To remove a product from your list click on the 'bin' icon beside that product.
- Once you are happy with your purchases, select the 'checkout' button to process your order.
Generally speaking, children's clothing sizes run commensurate with their age. However, this can vary according to the style, cut and manufacturer and naturally, the growth rate of your child.
At present we carry designer ranges primarily from Newborn to Size 14 with a small, select range of Size 16's. In shoes we primarily carry Sizes 17 Eu through 38 Eu.

If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
- You will need to enter your email (the one you used when you first purchased) and click on 'forgotten your password' in the checkout/login registration.
- A new password and instructions will be sent to your email address immediately.
- On receiving your 'confirmation password' email you may change it and continue shopping straight away.
For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

If you would like to send your order as a gift, please complete the Shipping Details section with the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the gift.
You may also choose to have your gift specially wrapped by checking the Gift Wrap box during checkout. If you would like to include a personal message with your gift, this can be written within the Special Instructions box during. This message will be hand written on an Antz Inc. 4 Kids giftcard and enclosed with your purchase.
Antz Inc. 4 Kids is an authorized retailer for all brands stocked in our boutique. All the products we stock are guaranteed authentic, in original condition and brand new.

We appreciate there are times when you find that perfect item but do not have your child with you to try it on, or wish to return with another garment you'd like it to match.
For this reason, we offer a 48 hour holding period for a $10 Holding Deposit so that you may temporarily secure the item for fitting.
In the event you decide not to purchase the item your holding deposit is fully refunded. Please note, this service is only available by directly contacting our boutique.

Antz Inc. 4 Kids accepts returns of new, unworn, unwashed product in its original packaging with all labels still attached for credit, exchange or refund if returned to us within 8 working days from the day you receive your goods.
We want you to be delighted with your purchases and with this in mind our quality control department makes every effort to ensure all products sold are free from manufacturing defects.
Please note, we do not accept Sale items for return or exchange.
In the event of a manufacturing fault and if we are unable to provide a suitable exchange we will refund the purchase price plus initial postage. If a refund applies, we will provide a credit in the same form as your original method of payment. For example if you make your purchase using Visa then your Visa account will be credited. Proof of purchase (eg. a copy of your dispatch confirmation and purchase receipt) is required for all exchanges and/or refunds.
If you wish to exchange one item for another, additional postage costs apply. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we offer a store credit to the value of the purchase price (excluding postage).
